This 30’x48’ custom Post & Beam barn was designed by the client to provide all the space needed to train and breed Labrador Retrievers as well as storage for the toys of course.  The barn was unique set into the slope of the property thus creating a upper level kennel area.  The barn frame was constructed of native rough sawn hemlock timbers.  The roof system consists of 4×8 rafter and collar tie system which allows free-span of the 32’ width.  The frame was covered with traditional 8” Eastern White Pine Shiplap and then stained barn red.  This barn will provide decades...

Custom Conventionally Framed Barn – Clarksville, NH

PHASE I of II!  This 24’x32’ custom barn was designed by the client to provide the initial living space on their north country property.  The first floor of this barn is large enough to store the client’s tractor and all the toys.  This barn has a full living quarters on the second floor to accommodate long weekend getaways.  The shell of the barn was constructed of conventional framing and was covered with traditional 8” Eastern White Pine Shiplap.  The roof was covered corrugated metal to eliminate the need to shovel the roof during a north country winter. Meredith NH, Custom Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) Barn

This 44’x44’ custom barn was designed by the client to accommodate a fifth-wheel travel trailer, vehicle lift, workshop and bath.  The shell of the barn was constructed of 8 ½” EPS Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) which provides a ultra-energy efficient space for all the toys!  The exterior- roof and walls – are covered with corrugated metal which will give the owner years of maintenance-free enjoyment.  This barn also has the ability to have solar hot water heat the radiant concrete slab.
