This north country Hybrid Post and Beam was designed by the owners to function for them as their last home.  This sprawling ranch boosts 1800 square feet of living space on the first floor and includes a massive kitchen, great room, master bedroom, office and pantry.  The walkout basement provides additional living space and an elevator for easy access.  This home was constructed with conventionally framed walls and a heavy douglas fir timber roof system.  All conventionally framed components will have high density spray foam applied for maximum energy efficiency.  This house is the ultimate example of the versatility of our design and construction methods.

Home specs:  Conventionally framed walls with a heavy 4”x8” douglas fir raftered roof system.  Pre-stained western red cedar clapboard siding was applied to the exterior.
