Mike and Julie Hayward are the principal owners of Hayward & Company. Working together very closely on each project, clients find it easy to relate to them during the entire process. Their different personalities and strengths bring balance to each and every project. Mike is head of Production Team while Julie handles the Design Team and office processes.
Mike and Julie are avid outdoors people and parents of three energetic teenage boys. As a family they enjoy cooking, boating, saltwater fishing, hiking, camping and gardening.
